i have been on the cabbage soup diet for about 6 days and dropped 13 lbs already. the soup is boring after a while, it is based off eating negative calories and eating fat burning food it also has its negatives about it. if after the diet you go back to your unhelathy ways you WILL gain it all back but if you are truely motivated and make a lifetime change in your eating habits you will have amazing results. hope i helped a little bit. check it out 4 urself. only use this diet as a jumpstart to a life changing way of your eating habits =] take multivitamins while on this to make up for lack of nutrients.
